X.Org Server 1.18.1 Has Fixes For GLAMOR, Modesetting & DRI3 Presentation

While traditionally at this stage we would be getting closer to the X.Org Server 1.19 milestone, the release cadence continues to be slightly off and this evening we are presented with X.Org Server 1.18.1 to provide bug-fixes.
In total X.Org Server 1.18.1 has nearly 50 changes in this point release. The major fixes include taking care of issues with GLAMOR for 2D acceleration over OpenGL, the mode-setting DDX driver as the generic in-tree driver for use with KMS/DRM devices, and for DRI3's Present extension.
Some other changes to point out with the X.Org Server 1.18.1 activity is that the mode-setting DDX changes now bring in a requirement of a newer libdrm build, a few XWayland fixes, RandR support for VFB, and the DRI2 code has synched the i915 Intel driver PCI IDs against what is found in the Intel Mesa driver.
More details on X.Org Server 1.18.1 can be found via the mailing list post.
