Metro 2033 Redux To Be Released On Linux
4A Games and Deep Silver are bringing remastered versions of the Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light games out... While Metro: Last Light is already out for Linux gamers, this "redux" version will be the first release of Metro 2033 on Linux.
Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux will bring next-gen visuals, new/improved content, utilize the latest 4A Engine, enhances game-play, and has other improvements. The redux versions of these games aren't free upgrades for current Metro gamers.
The redux versions of these games will be released this summer for Windows, PlayStation, and Xbox One. Linux and SteamOS versions of these updated games are also expected for release this year. More details can be found via the official Metro Redux announcement.
