Git 2.0 Officially Released

Version 2.0 of Git is now available.

Git 2.0 brings many improvements to the popular, open-source revision control system -- including some compatible changes. There's improvements to many Git sub-commands, the simple mode is now the default for git push, performance improvements, and many bug-fixes.
