Qt 5.10 is up to its second beta milestone ahead of its expected stable debut by the end of November.

The Qt 5.10 Beta 2 milestone is coming out on time, giving hope that Qt 5.10.0 will be officially released as scheduled on 30 November rather than being delayed as has become common for Qt5 releases.

Qt 5.10 is exciting for its initial Vulkan support in the help of various helpers/enablers but not yet doing any Vulkan rendering itself on the tool-kit side, Qt Network now has OpenSSL 1.1 support, there's a tech preview of a skeletal animation system for Qt 3D, Qt WebEngine has been updated, and a variety of other enhancements. New Qt5 modules are Qt Network Authentication for OAuth/OAuth2 support and Qt Speech for text-to-speech capabilities. Qt Remote Objects and Qt WebGL Streaming continue in their existing tech preview state for 5.10.

Details on the Qt 5.10 Beta 2 downloads via the mailing list.
