With SHA1 Proven Unsafe, Ubuntu's Mir Switches From SHA1 To SHA256

Mir cookies have the switch to now use SHA256 in place of SHA1 for their cookies in order to improve the security.
This is among other recent changes as the Canonical developers hope to release Mir 1.0 this calendar year and have Mir + Unity 8 ready to ship by default for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Among the changes baking in the current Mir 0.26 release include new/improved toolkit APIs, support for input configuration, EDID support, client-side-vsync to reduce latency from the client to screen, a number of bug fixes, and other improvements.
