NVIDIA on Tuesday released an updated Linux x86/x86_64/ARM graphics driver in their 340.xx long-lived branch.

While it doesn't boast the changes of the newer NVIDIA 343.xx driver series, the 340.46 update has a number of bug-fixes that will be of interest to users on this driver branch.

The NVIDIA 340.46 Linux driver has OpenGL fixes, a NVIDIA Installer crash fix, a UseSysMemPixmapAccel control, and other fixes. Besides being available for Linux x86, x86_64, and ARM, the 340.46 driver update was also put out for FreeBSD and Solaris users too.
