Wine 1.5.18 Improves Windows Codecs

It's time for another bi-weekly Wine development release. This time around there's scattered changes from Windows Codecs to Wine's built-in web-browser.

The official changes include:

- Various Windows Codecs improvements.
- Fixes for OLE database support.
- Improvements to system parameters management.
- Some fixes to the built-in Web browser.
- Fixes for XML support.
- Various bug fixes.
