Griffais commented a few minutes ago on Twitter:
VR is already a bigger market. Maybe Linux users could try actually buying games if they wanted people to port them!

He was responding to a comment by veteran Linux game porter Ryan "Icculus" Gordon about how some game studios don't view Linux as a big enough market but will invest in VR.
It's interesting to know that the VR market is already bigger than Linux, but then again the latest Steam numbers put Linux at only around a 0.6% marketshare.
His comment that "Maybe Linux users could try actually buying games if they wanted people to port them!" may disturb some feathers of Tux gamers. Do too many Linux gamers expect games to be free / discounted / otherwise? Or is it the lack of quality Linux games? Linux games not being delivered timely enough compared to Windows? Too many Linux driver/software hurdles? Let us know what you think in the forums.
