CentOS 6.5 was announced on Sunday to match the upstream Enterprise Linux 6.5 changes. There isn't anything too special or different about that update compared to RHEL. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 brought support for the Precision Time Protocol, dynamic vCPU add/remove support, KVM improvements, support for NVM Express SSDs, and other enteprise and security focused changes.
Meanwhile, Oracle has out their Oracle Linux 6.5 update. Besides their RHEL-based packages, the Oracle Linux 6.5 release continues to ship with their own "Unbreakable Kernel" along side RHEL's 2.6.32 kernel. The UEKr3 Linux kernel is currently based upon the upstream Linux 3.8 kernel.
