Version 6.5 of Red Hat Enterprise Linux has been released today as the latest RHEL stable updates prior to the debut of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 delivers on security improvements, sub-microsecond clock accuracy for LANs using the Precision Time Protocol (PTP), dynamic vCPU addition/removal, KVM hypervisor improvements, support for NVM Express SSDs, and various other improvements
