More Intel DRM Changes For Linux 4.9, Including DMA-BUF Implicit Fencing

There are a lot of changes with this latest pull request to DRM-Next. Some highlights include more virtual GPU (vGPU) support work, continued Skylake fixes, support for synchronous GPU reset handling as an effort to improve the error recovery code, preparations for non-blocking Execlist submissions, and full DMA-BUF implicit fencing support.
Some of the other Intel DRM changes include refactoring the SSEU code, GuC dmesg improvements, DPLL code changes, DisplayPort link fixes, and a variety of other bug fixes and code refactoring changes.
More details on this latest batch of Intel graphics driver feature changes for Linux 4.9 via this pull request to DRM-Next. Linux 4.9 will get underway in October while its release will be around late November or early December.
