It appears that Intel's Vulkan open-source Linux driver is finally in good enough shape for being able to handle Valve's Dota 2 game.

Jason Ekstrand of Intel's Open-Source Technology Center who has been one of the lead developers of the "Anvil" Vulkan driver commented on a bug report, "Dota2 should now be working with master."

That comment was made this past week. It looks like it's time for me to fire up some Intel OpenGL vs. Vulkan Linux benchmarks with Dota 2, similar to the earlier AMD/NVIDIA Dota 2 Vulkan benchmarks.
