GTK+ 3.17.1 Fixes Many Bugs, Drops XP, Improves High Contrast Themes

GTK+ 3.17.1 is today's release in time for this week's GNOME 3.17.1 development milestone. This new version drops Windows XP support, has many improvements to high contrast themes, makes improvements to the Adwaita theme, improves client-side decorations when not using a compositor, supports horizontal wheel scrolling when holding down the Shift key, scrolling can now handle pens / erasers / similar devices, GTK+ on Wayland has drag-and-drop and clipboard fixes, Wayland support for the attached modal dialogs with Mutter, and there's a whole lot of bugs that have been fixed.
