Linux 4.3 has been released as was anticipated.

Linus Torvalds has yet to send out the official 4.3.0 release announcement, but all of the code is available as of writing this message. If you're not familiar with the big changes of Linux 4.3, see The Linux 4.3 Kernel Is Bringing Many New Features & Improvements.
