Fleet Commander builds off the Cockpit web-based administration tools and FreeIPA for making it easier for system administrators to deploy Fedora and Red Hat based systems on a large scale within an organization.
Fleet Commander is similar to Group Policy Objects in Active Directory under Windows. Fleet Commander caters towards GNOME-based desktops running Fedora/RHEL and makes it easy for managing installed applications, network settings, and other services often configured/setup by system administrators within companies.
Developer Alberto Ruiz has declared Fleet Commander production ready just ahead of the upcoming Fedora 27 launch. More details on the project can be found via his blog. There's also a new project site at Fleet-Commander.org.
