Unvanquished Alpha 36 Is "A Big One!"

Unvanquished Alpha 36 features two new models, two mapping updates, gameplay improvements, and other work for this open-source game powered by its own Daemon engine.
When it comes to the game engine, they're preparing the NaCL code for a tentative public release of the new VM system for next month -- the Unvanquished Alpha 37 for March. Using Google Native Client to replace QVM is part of their quest of rewriting and modernizing the Quake 3 base from what the Daemon Engine is formed.
NaCl is already used server-side but it's coming client-side in hopefully the next release to completely replace QVM.
More details on Unvanquished Alpha 36 can be found via the announcement at Unvanquished.net.
