Genode OS 14.05 Has USB 3.0 on x86, Block-Level Encryption

The promising Genode operating system framework is out with a new quarterly update to the open-source platform and it offers significant enhancements.

Among the highlights to Genode OS Framework 14.05 are improvements to the scalability of the software with a new/unified ports management, block-level encryption using NetBSD's CGD, continued ARM architecture enhancement, per-process virtual file-systems, and USB 3.0 support for x86-based platforms. Genode OS 14.05 also has work on multi-processor support, the NOVA micro-hypervisor, and many other changes.
