Direct3D State Tracker Will Not Be Open-Source

As Zack mentions in his new blog post, the Direct3D 10/11 state tracker wouldn't be immediate beneficial since game publishers would still need to port over the file/network support to Linux and potentially other libraries as well. This though could be of benefit to the Wine project in their Direct3D support so that it no longer needs to translate the Direct3D commands to OpenGL, but it's unlikely they would actually depend upon this state tracker even if it was open-sourced and made available on all platforms.
