NetworkManager 1.0.2 Arrives As First Post-1.0 Release
NetworkManager 1.0 was released after more than one decade of development at the end of 2014. Nearly six months later, the first point release to NetworkManager 1.0 is now available.
NetworkManager 1.0.2 is the new stable release that is mostly focused on delivering bug-fixes over the v1.0.0 milestone but there's also some new features.
NetworkManager 1.0.2 now shows for WiFi devices whether they support 2GHz or 5GHz frequencies, new configuration items, bridge connectivity is now restored when resuming from suspend, and there's been many memory leak fixes.
