Android KitKat x86 Updated With Linux 3.18, Better Suspend/Resume

Android-x86 4.4-r2 is the second stable update to KitKat for Intel/AMD processors. This update has various x86-specific improvements targeted for tablets and netbooks.
First up, Android-x86 4.4-r2 has been upgraded to the Linux 3.18 kernel for having the latest stable kernel experience and more drivers being enabled by default. This switch to Linux 3.18 should especially help out Intel Bay Trail users wishing to run Android on their hardware.
Android 4.4-r2 for x86 also has primary support booting from UEFI, improved suspend and resume, various updates from upstream Android and the packages it depends upon, and a lot of bug-fixes.
The open known issues are suspend and resume still not working for some systems, the installer not working with formatting EXT3 file-systems, and unstable Bluetooth support.
