Btrfs For Linux 3.19 Has Improved RAID 5/6 Support
The most notable changes for Btrfs in Linux 3.19 include bettering off the RAID 5 and RAID 6 level support so that it's closer to parity with the other supported RAID levels. Thanks to work done by Fujitsu, the scrubbing and drive replacement code is now in place for the Btrfs native RAID 5/6 code-paths with Linux 3.19.
The Btrfs changes for 3.19 also include many bug fixes -- including a corruption issue caused after a creash or in error conditions.
