Linux From Scratch 8.2 Released

For fans of Linux From Scratch for assembling your own operating system, LFS and BLFS 8.2 are released in time for some weekend adventures.

Bruce Dubbs announced Linux From Scratch 8.2 on Friday. This updated release now includes the Linux 4.15.3 kernel, Glibc 2.27, Binutils 2.30, and GCC 7.3.0 components. Additionally, Python 3, OpenSSL, LibFFI, and Ninja+Meson have been promoted to the base LFS.
