The first public beta for the Adobe Flash Player 9 has been released for Linux. This current Linux build is version 9.0.21.55 and lacks support for the full-screen mode in the web player as well as complete SSL support (though it's promised to be fixed by the final released). Adobe Flash Player 9 for all major platforms can be downloaded here. Be sure to share your experiences with this new Flash 9 player at the Phoronix Forums.
