More AMD RadeonSI Improvements Land In Mesa Git

This new batch of RadeonSI commits today is the first activity to the modern AMD Gallium3D driver in one week. The batch of changes this morning implement polygon stippling, improved support for sampler views, allow 64 descriptors per array, and have various other fixes.
There's eleven commits in total pushed thus far today for RadeonSI. The RadeonSI Git activity can be viewed via the Git web. These changes will be found in the Mesa 10.5 release. I'll work on having some new AMD Linux benchmarks of Mesa Git + LLVM SVN + Linux ~3.19 in the days ahead.
On a slightly unrelated note, one year ago today is when AMD open-sourced the VCE video encode engine code for Linux users. Right now the big item we're waiting from AMD on is opening up the new AMDGPU kernel driver that will also be used by the new Catalyst Linux driver. Sadly this driver is already too late for possible merging via DRM-Next into the Linux 3.20 kernel.
