A Bavarian Preview Of Iveland & OpenBenchmarking.org

Phoronix Test Suite 3.0 "Iveland" and OpenBenchmarking.org are launching in late February from the Southern California Linux Expo in Los Angeles during my talk about Making More Informed Linux Hardware Choices. However, for any Bavarians living near Munich, you may be able to get a sneak preview.

The week prior to SCALE, from the 17th to 21st of February, I will be back in the great land of Augustiner and Weißwurst. I'll be briefing a few parties on Phoronix Test Suite 3.0 and OpenBenchmarking.org. However, if there is sufficient interest, I'm also considering providing a public preview at that time if there are some Phoronix readers interested in a Munich meet-up between the 18th and the 20th of February.

The Phoronix Munich meet-up would likely be some place in Munich proper. Like the annual Phoronix Oktoberfest meet-up, it will likely be at one of the many fine restaurants or beer halls serving Augustiner. Augustiner-Großgaststätten, Brenner, or Augustiner-Keller come to mind as possible venues, but it escapes my mind which ones offer WiFi access for being able to demonstrate OpenBenchmarking.org.
