KDE Frameworks 5.3 Brings Many Small But Notable Fixes

The third monthly point release to the KDE Frameworks 5 stack is now available.

KDE Frameworks 5.3 has KWindowSystem improvements needed for KWin, KIO improvements, many fixes to KService's KPluginInfo, memory leak fixes, a new FreeDesktop.org back-end to replace UPower/Udev/Systemd back-ends for Solid but not yet the default, and fixes for use with Qt 5.4.
