The first Freexian report about Debian Long Term Support was issued yesterday. So far the LTS funding is allowing two developers to work on LTS issues for a handful of hours each month. The LTS initiative has yet to reach its minimal funding goal of the equivalent of a half-time position (at 85 EUR per hour). As of right now there's still around 30 open issues concerning the Debian LTS support.
The two paid developers, Thorsten Alteholz and Holger Levsen, so far have been handling around 70% of the LTS updates while volunteers have covered the rest. Also noted in the report that a number of companies that promised help for Debian LTS have not yet delivered.
Debian stakeholders interested in more information can read this report.
