PHORONIX
There's some Phoronix news for the holidays.

This week on Phoronix you should find multiple full-length featured articles each day, as a holiday bonus from Phoronix plus some extra Linux news. Besides being a holiday bonus, there's some large advertising campaigns that need to meet their impression counts and overall just ensuring it's another record year for traffic on Phoronix.com.

With that said, it's a good time to remind everyone that Phoronix.com is funded entirely by advertisements and Phoronix Premium subscriptions. So please disable AdBlock or any other ad filtering if you like the content on Phoronix, the forum community, and wish to see its continued existence. There's a recent forum thread discussing advertisements.

Subscribing to Phoronix Premium for a low annual cost allows you to view Phoronix.com without any advertisements and view full-length articles on a single page. Other benefits may come soon.

If you really like the site or you opt not to remove AdBlock or subscribe to Phoronix Premium, PayPal tips are welcome. Thanks, it means a lot when near single-handedly running this site and working everyday, including Christmas, with up to 100 hour work weeks. This year on Phoronix to date there has been 1,298 news postings and 245 full-length feature articles written by yours truly while also leading the development of the open-source Phoronix Test Suite, etc.

Lastly, you can also subscribe to Phoronix on Facebook, Google+, and Twitter (I also tweet extra news).

Thanks for reading this PSA and now back to Linux benchmarking.
