The Core i3 8100 and Core i5 8400 are performing much faster for the POV-Ray ray-tracer than the Ryen 2200G and 2400G, respectively.

With the single-threaded LAME MP3 encoding benchmark, the AMD Ryzen performance lags behind the recent generations of Intel CPUs with their greater IPC capabilities.

While a synthetic benchmark mostly tasked with testing the Linux kernel scheduler, the Raven Ridge APUs do perform better than the competing Intel CPUs in this test.

With the OpenSSL signing performance, even the Ryzen 5 2400G lost to the Core i3 8100.
