For my testing I have been using their Ubuntu 18.04 LTS image with the Linux 4.4 Rockchip kernel. Everything is in good shape for this board aside from the ARM Mali-450 graphics still not being in real good shape for those wanting to use an open-source GPU driver.

For seeing how well this low-cost ARM single board computer performs, I benchmarked the ROC-RK3328-CC Renegade against the:

- AML-S905X-CC Le Potato
- Core i3 7100
- Core i5 7200U
- Core i5 8400
- Core i7 3517UE
- Core i7 4600U
- Firefly ROC-RK3328-CC
- NVIDIA Jetson TX2
- ODROID-C2
- Pine64 1GB
- Raspberry Pi 2 B
- Raspberry Pi 3 B
- Raspberry Pi 3 B+
- Ryzen 3 1300X
- Socionext Developerbox
- Tinker Board

It's an interesting mix of available ARM SBCs as well as some lower-end x86 Intel/AMD CPUs for reference.

All of these benchmarks were carried out using the Phoronix Test Suite benchmarking software.
