Wine 1.9.18 Released, Direct3D Command Stream Still Being Worked On

Wine 1.9.18 is a fairly hearty release but it sadly doesn't land the Direct3D Command Stream Multi-Threading work nor any breakthroughs on Direct3D 10/11 support.
- Support for multiple kernel drivers in a single process.Overall a release worth trying out for Wine users with GDI performance improvements, more prep work for D3D CSMT, continued joystick support improvements, and more.
- More WebServices reader support.
- Various improvements in joystick support.
- Some more work towards the Direct3D command stream.
- GDI performance improvements.
- Improved IME window handling.
- Compatibility fixes in the clipboard support.
- Various bug fixes.
A total of 26 known bug fixes landed in this release with more information being available via WineHQ.org.
