The Apache performance shot up in Fedora 21 and has been maintained since then.

These results aren't as exciting as the F18 to F23 Radeon benchmarks or Ubuntu 6.06 to 16.04 LTS benchmarks but it does show in some areas the performance of Fedora Linux has improved measurably going from Fedora 18 in 2013 to Fedora 23 today. To dig more into these Fedora Linux benchmark results, visit this OpenBenchmarking.org result file. If there's enough interest, I'll carry out similar tests on some other hardware as well.
