Intel Graphics Performance: Ubuntu 17.04 vs. 17.10

Finally with Serious Sam 3: BFE on Vulkan are we seeing performance improvements under Ubuntu 17.10.

Serious Sam 3: BFE on Vulkan is much faster with the newer ANV driver and now also makes it faster than the OpenGL performance in this game. But the HD Graphics 630 are still relatively slow for any gaming.

Talos Principle was hitting some odd performance behavior on X.Org but fine under Wayland. In this other Croteam game, the Intel Vulkan vs. OpenGL performance is about the same.
