Next up is a look at the 4K gaming performance and thus dropping the lower-tier NVIDIA and AMD graphics cards from the benchmarking.

When starting things back up with Total War: Three Kingdoms, the RTX 2060 SUPER performance was in line with the RX 5700XT while the Radeon VII was now competing with the RTX 2070 SUPER. The RTX 2060 SUPER performance now nearly matched the RTX 2070 (non-SUPER) performance.

For playing this game with medium quality settings at 4K, a RTX 2080 series or TITAN RTX would really be needed.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive at 4K shows the RTX 2060 running behind the two Navi 10 cards while the Radeon VII surprisingly pulls in only a short distance behind the RTX 2080 SUPER.

Dota 2 with Vulkan is performing better on the NVIDIA hardware/drivers at 4K.

The SUPER cards also are delivering better performance-per-Watt.
