The x265 video encoding on the supported distributions for this build showed FreeBSD 12.1 tied with Clear Linux in first place while DragonFlyBSD was behind those two but ahead of the other Linux distributions.

File compression put DragonFlyBSD in line with the common Linux distributions while Intel's performance-optimized Clear Linux was out in front while securing a second place finish was FreeBSD 12.1.

PostgreSQL performance when doing just read operations / queries saw the Linux distributions performing much better than the BSDs.

But when involving a mix of reads and writes with PostgreSQL, DragonFlyBSD 5.6.2 picked up its first win while the 5.7-DEVELOPMENT build was shortly behind that along with FreeBSD 12.1.
