With low quality settings at 1080p, we see right away that even with the newest RadeonSI Gallium3D driver code as of yesterday, the open-source driver is trailing the AMDGPU-PRO stack with closed-source OpenGL component. While RadeonSI has caught up with AMDGPU-PRO for many other games, Deus Ex: MD isn't one of them yet. The RX 480 and R9 Fury were more than twice as fast when using the AMDGPu-PRO driver, but still the red side was no match for the NVIDIA Linux performance.

For sticking to low quality settings but upping the resolution to 4K, the AMDGPU-PRO performance remained more than twice as fast as RadeonSI Git while not being competitive with the GeForce results atop their latest binary driver.
