AMD FirePro V8700 1GB

The ATI FirePro V8700 1GB returned on top with the Tcvis test for SPECViewPerf 9. The FirePro V8700 was nearly 9% faster than the FireGL V8600 and was almost 450% faster than the ATI Radeon HD 4870.

Switching the test profile to SPECViewPerf 10.0, the FireGL and FirePro graphics cards were running neck-and-neck with CATIA.

At EnSight, the FirePro V8700 was less than 2% faster than its predecessor, but the Radeon HD 4870 performed more closely at 67% the speed of the similarly chipped FirePro.
