Testing The Intel "Workload Hints" Capability Of Linux 5.11

In multi-threaded real-world workloads like the RawTherapee photography software, there was no measurable change in performance.

In some cases the power difference with idle / battery life is quite noticeable.

While for other cases like GIMP there was the obvious slowdown in the battery life and idle modes.

These Intel INT340x workload hints appears to primarily affect the behavior of single-threaded workloads running on the system while firing up multi-threaded tests were found to have no impact in the performance or any power savings.
