For saving space and trying to better organize things, I built an eight-foot butcher block desk (see that article if you're curious how it was built!) to handle all of the monitors. I now am just using very long HDMI and USB cables for being able to reach all of the different racks rather than having four different setups around the room.

With the latest changes, I cut down on the size of the bar to fit another rack along that far wall where there was ample room left on that circuit. Still, the bar is enough to handle the long evenings/nights working on computers down there or when holding meetings.

The projector is still there for analyzing system states via the Phoromatic dashboard, but I removed the couch since it was never being used.

The new floor is working out well and haven't run into any issues with the weight of the server rack casters cracking any tiles. The tile selection also brightens up the room a lot.

The latest ventilation changes made a few months ago continue working out well with the Tjernlund M-6 fan and this duct silencer. For most of the winter, the heat generated in the basement was able to redirected and heat the house a fair amount that our forced-air furnace use was down significantly year-over-year.
