Up first was Batman: Arkham Knight that runs on Linux through Valve's Steam Play (Proton with DXVK). The Radeon RX 6800 XT came out 5% faster than the Geforce RTX 3080 while the RX 6800 was 12% faster than the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. Very good shape for the latest open-source Radeon Linux graphics driver code, assuming you can find any of these new GPUs in stock.

With Deus Ex: Mankind Divided that is still tested as being one of the most demanding OpenGL native Linux games that was ported by Feral Interactive, the Radeon RX 6800 series (including the non-XT model) easily clear the GeForce RTX 3080 on Mesa 21.1's RadeonSI Gallium3D driver.

Dawn of War III as an older native Linux port by Feral Interactive and supports Vulkan rendering saw the Radeon RX 6800 (non-XT) now shoot past the GeForce RTX 3080 as well.

F1 2017 as the latest in the F1 franchise with a native Linux (Vulkan powered) port, the Radeon RX 6800 series was competing with the GeForce RTX 3080. Back in November, the Radeon RX 6800 XT was coming in measurably short of the GeForce RTX 3080 with the Linux drivers at the time.
