Testing Out The Configurable TDP On AMD's Kaveri

The lightweight OpenGL games didn't actually see any reduction in performance when reducing at a reduced TDP.

Xonotic shows that for some games there is a small but significant drop in performance when cutting the power to the Kaveri APU.

For the performance-sensitive tests there's certainly a drop in performance.
