First up was the demanding GravityMark benchmark with Vulkan. Not only was it a huge upgrade from prior Alder Lake Iris Xe Graphics to Meteor Lake Arc Graphics, but the Core Ultra 7 155H was outperforming the AMD RDNA3 integrated graphics! The Core Ultra 7 155H was 20% faster than the Ryzen 7 7840U for this demanding Vulkan graphics benchmark.

Not only was the Core Ultra 7 155H running GravityMark much faster, but it beat out the AMD Ryzen 7 7840U for power efficiency in this test. The Core Ultra 7 155H SoC was consuming around 20 Watts on average during GravityMark compared to the Ryzen 7 7840U at 30 Watts... Or the prior Alder Lake laptop SoC up with a 38 Watt average. Now this is getting interesting for Meteor Lake on the graphics side compared to the disappointing CPU results yesterday.

3DMark Wild Life Extreme natively on Linux was also another stunning win for Meteor Lake. A 49% improvement was seen with 3DMark on Linux compared to Alder Lake -- basically a generation... If you are still running a laptop with Intel Gen9 era integrated graphics, the improvement will be astounding. For 3DMark Wild Life with Vulkan the Core Ultra 7 155H was around 12% faster than the Ryzen 7 7840U.

The Core Ultra 7 155H was consuming less power still than the Ryzen 7 7840U SoC and leading to nice rise in power efficiency.
