Updated Fedora 20 KDE Stack: Something's Funky

The GpuTest results also go against our expectations given the upgraded kernel and Mesa stack... Something isn't right with the updated F20 stack for this Intel Core i7 4960X Ivy Bridge Extreme Edition system.

With the CPU-focused workloads, there were also some slowdowns to report with the upgraded stack of Fedora 20 from the Intel Core i7 4960X EE system... This certainly wasn't what we expected and doesn't jive with our earlier Fedora 20 update benchmarks. The only possible explanation that comes to mind for these slowdowns from disk to graphics to CPU bound workloads would be due to the Intel P-State scaling driver changes between the Linux 3.11 and 3.14 kernels, but that will require further investigation.
