Updated Fedora 20 KDE Stack: Something's Funky

The Tesseract OpenGL game is slightly faster with Fedora 20 KDE updated.

To much surprise, the Radeon HD 4870 R600 Gallium3D performance regressed from Linux 3.11 to 3.14 and from Mesa 9.2.3 to Mesa 10.1.3. Normally, given the improvements made in that time period, the OpenGL performance should have been faster. This, like the slower disk performance, may come down to an Intel P-State driver issue by the now-default Linux 3.14 kernel on Fedora 20.
