Crucial 2 x 16GB DDR5-5200 / DDR5-5600 Linux Memory Performance
For those interested in how these different DDR5 memory kits perform for a wide variety of workloads, I ran 139 benchmarks across the four different memory kits on this Ryzen 9 7900 Linux desktop.
For the most part the results are as one would expect. While the DDR5-6000 kit to little surprise generally led in the performance, when it came to price-per-dollar these Crucial DDR5-5200/5600 kits were often around similar value to the higher-end GSKILL Trident kit. Most often leading with the best value was the 2 x 16GB Crucial DDR5-4800 kit that can be had for a little more than $100 USD from most Internet retailers.
Thanks to Crucial for supplying the DDR5-5200/5600 memory kits to Phoronix for review and benchmarking. Learn about the Crucial DDR5 memory kits and their other wares at Crucial.com.
