Benchmarking Amazon Linux 2 LTS Candidate 2

John The Ripper was slightly faster with the new Amazon Linux 2.

The ebizzy synthetic server benchmark shows a significant speed-up for Amazon Linux 2 with these tests from the c5.4xlarge instance type.

Though the newer GCC compiler is a bit slower at code compilation, a consequence of continued optimization passes, etc.

The Stoclfish chess benchmark was about the same.

There wasn't much of a difference in the single-threaded audio encoding tests.
