Out now ahead of the Plasma 5.4 release later this month is KDE Frameworks 5.13.0.

KDE Frameworks 5.13.0 serves as the add-on libraries complementing Qt5 and is another on-schedule monthly update. KDE Frameworks 5.13.0 brings KFileMetadata as a new file meta-data and extraction library along with Baloo as the file indexing and searching framework.

KDE Frameworks 5.13.0 now has a hard dependency against Qt 5.3 rather than Qt 5.2, fixes a number of existing libraries, contains many improvements to the KTextEditor, and a variety of other enhancements.
