Ubuntu 21.10 Performance Continues In The Right Direction For AArch64

The newer GCC 11 compiler, the newer kernel, and other package upgrades appear to be paying off.

While not an LTS release, Ubuntu 21.10 steps up the performance once more and making great progress not only on x86_64 but also AArch64 and RISC-V as our testing across various platforms this month has shown. Ubuntu 21.10 is quite good performance wise and will be great to see this work and what more improvements manage to make it into Ubuntu 22.04 LTS come April. When that time comes will be a more comprehensive look at all of the performance changes achieved over the two years since Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
