Don't expect much out of the Celeron G6900 for demanding threaded workloads where often times even the Core i5 2500K Sandy Bridge processor with its four physical cores will be better suited.

But for simpler single-threaded workloads running on the Golden Cove cores the performance can be satisfactory, assuming you are not doing any multi-trasking in the background, etc.
