Intel is also announcing their 3rd Edition of Intel Evo, but ultimately uninteresting for Linux users as many of the features are tailored towards Windows or not yet properly integrated under Linux.

On the Intel Arc Graphics front, they are using CES 2022 to announce that shipments of Intel Arc "Alchemist" graphics processors to OEM customers have begun shipping.

Intel says they are more than 50 new mobile and desktop customer designs so far featuring Intel Arc graphics. Intel is also announcing strong ISV interest around their Xe Super Sampling (XeSS) AI-driven upscaling technology that is an alternative to NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution.
